We know Medicare and all the terms like E.O.C. and AEP are confusing. There are a lot of acronyms and plan names that are just letters to sort through, and Medicare members have a short window to select a plan to meet their health needs and budget for the following year.

We sat down with some of our Medicare experts to ask some basic questions to help define some terms and things it is important to know. The Question & Answers is separated into two parts below. Each part is under 5 minutes.
