Pumpkin-Spice Hummus
In food processor blend chickpeas, pumpkin, and garlic, process until mostly smooth.
Add salt, cumin, lemon juice, maple syrup, applesauce, and olive oil.
Continue to process until smooth.
Add a T of water for a smoother consistency if desired.
Spoon into container with tight-fitting lid and refrigerate before serving. Makes about 2 cups
